Single Walk and Talk

Nature Coaching Sao Marcos da Serra

Ninety minutes, outdoors, one-to-one. We meet briefly at the trailhead to confirm the focus for the walk, then spend most of the time moving at an easy, conversational pace along a route chosen for the kind of conversation you need — a coastal path if you want open space to think, forest trail if you’d rather something quieter and more enclosed. Partway through, we pause somewhere with a view for the parts of the conversation that need stillness rather than motion — this is usually where the most useful thinking happens, once the walking has done its work of loosening things up. We close back at the trailhead, naming clearly what you’re taking forward before you head off.

After the walk. A short written note follows within 48 hours, summarising what came up and what you committed to — not a transcript, just enough to hold you to it and give you something to look back on later.

  • Booking: After checkout, you’ll receive a link to pick a date and time that works for you.
  • Before the walk: A short form asks what you’d like to focus on, so the session has a clear starting point.
  • The session: 90 minutes, outdoors, one-to-one — walking for most of it, with a pause partway through wherever the route allows a good view.
  • After: A short written note summarising what came up and what you’re taking forward, sent within 48 hours.

Do I need to be fit or a regular walker? No. Routes are chosen at an easy, conversational pace — this is coaching first, walking second. Let us know in advance if you’d prefer a flatter route or shorter distance.

What if it’s raining? Sessions go ahead in most weather with the right clothing — light rain doesn’t usually stop a good walk. For genuinely severe weather, we’ll reschedule at no charge.

Can I book a single walk and then decide on a longer programme later? Yes — many clients start here. If you go on to book Monthly Path or Seasonal Growth within 30 days, we’ll credit your Single Walk fee toward it.

€85.00

A single 90-minute outdoor coaching session, one-to-one. This is the right starting point if you’ve got a specific decision to think through, or if you want to try nature coaching once before committing to a longer programme. There’s no obligation to book again afterwards — some clients come back monthly, some come back once a year when something big is on their mind, and both are completely fine.
