Ninety minutes, outdoors, one-to-one. We meet briefly at the trailhead to confirm the focus for the walk, then spend most of the time moving at an easy, conversational pace along a route chosen for the kind of conversation you need — a coastal path if you want open space to think, forest trail if you’d rather something quieter and more enclosed. Partway through, we pause somewhere with a view for the parts of the conversation that need stillness rather than motion — this is usually where the most useful thinking happens, once the walking has done its work of loosening things up. We close back at the trailhead, naming clearly what you’re taking forward before you head off.
After the walk. A short written note follows within 48 hours, summarising what came up and what you committed to — not a transcript, just enough to hold you to it and give you something to look back on later.
